Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how AdSign (“AdSign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds, cancellations, and billing for the AdSign website at adsign.live (the “Site”) and the AdSign digital signage platform and related services (the “Services”). It supplements our Terms of service and Privacy policy. If anything here conflicts with a written order, enterprise agreement, or invoice terms you have with us, those specific terms control for that transaction.

1. Free trials and no-charge periods

If you use a free trial or other no-charge access, you are not charged AdSign fees for that period. There is nothing to refund for amounts we did not collect. When a trial ends, paid features may require a subscription or payment as described on the Site or at checkout.

2. Subscriptions and recurring fees

Paid plans are generally billed in advance on a subscription or periodic basis (for example, monthly or annually), as shown when you subscribe or in your order documentation. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

  • Cancellation. You may cancel future renewals through your account or billing settings, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period unless required by law or stated below.
  • Partial periods. We do not guarantee prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where we offer them at our discretion or where applicable law requires.

3. Refund requests

If you believe you are owed a refund (for example, duplicate charges, billing errors, or service issues), contact us promptly with your account details and a short description of the issue. We will review requests in good faith. Approved refunds, if any, are typically returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We may deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our Terms of service.

4. Statutory and regional rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region. If local law gives you a cooling-off period, error-correction rights, or other remedies, those rights apply in addition to this policy where they cannot be waived.

5. Third-party payment processors

Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe or similar). Their processing times, dispute rules, and statements may apply alongside this policy.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
