Hotel & hospitality digital signage
Welcome guests, promote amenities, and keep event info accurate on every screen. Update content from the front desk or head office without visiting each display.
- Lobby and elevator screens for arrivals, events, and wayfinding
- Promote F&B, spa, and loyalty programs on loop
- Central control for portfolios and managed properties
- 24/7 playback designed for always-on public spaces
How it works for hotels
-
Place screens where guests already pause
Lobby welcome walls, elevator banks, and conference-level directories are the usual first installs. Each display gets a player and a name in the dashboard so the front desk knows which screen they are editing.
-
Keep the board tied to today’s events
A morning playlist can welcome a group, list session rooms, and point to breakfast. Swap it in the afternoon for the evening reception without walking to the player.
-
Run one property or a managed portfolio
A single hotel publishes from the desk. A management company can keep brand standards in a shared library and still let each property post its own events.
Guest-facing screens
Lobby welcome and events
Show arrivals, the day’s meetings, and a simple wayfinding line. When a room change happens, the board updates with the banquet order instead of a printed insert.
F&B, spa, and loyalty
Loop restaurant hours, a spa offer, or a member rate on screens guests pass between the desk and the lift. Schedule the dinner push so it does not run at breakfast.
Back-of-house staff boards
A staff corridor screen can carry shift notes and VIP arrivals separately from the guest loop, so operational messages never land on the lobby wall.
Questions about hotels signage
- Can the front desk update a lobby screen without calling IT?
- Yes. The dashboard runs in a browser. A desk supervisor can change the welcome message or the event list and publish it to that screen.
- Will screens stay on overnight?
- Players are built for always-on playback. You can also schedule a quieter overnight loop, or a screen-off window, if the property prefers that.
- Can several hotels share one account?
- Yes. Portfolio teams manage properties from one login and assign screens to each site so a change at one hotel does not overwrite another.
- What hardware does a guest-floor screen need?
- A commercial display plus an Android TV, Windows PC, or Raspberry Pi running the AdSign player. No custom hospitality panel is required.
