Digital signage software for retail

Keep promotions fresh and screens consistent across stores. AdSign lets your team update content remotely, schedule campaigns, and manage every screen from one dashboard.

  • Promote specials and seasonal campaigns without printing new posters
  • Schedule day-parted content for peak hours and quiet periods
  • Split screens into zones for video, tickers, and live data
  • Works on Android TV, Windows, and Raspberry Pi — use screens you already own

How it works for retail teams

  1. Put a player on the screen you already have

Mount a TV at the endcap, in the queue, or in the window and install the AdSign player on an Android TV, Windows PC, or Raspberry Pi. There is no proprietary panel to buy before the first store goes live.

  2. Build the loop in the cloud

Upload promo videos, price messages, and stills, then drop them into a playlist. Zones let one screen show a hero video beside a ticker so a sale and a store announcement can run together.

  3. Publish to one store or the whole chain

Schedule the campaign for peak hours, a weekend, or a season, then push it to every location from the same login. When the offer ends, swap the playlist without rolling a print run.

Where retail teams put screens

Aisle and endcap promotions

Rotate weekly specials on the fixture instead of reprinting shelf talkers. A regional buyer can change the creative for one banner and leave the rest of the fleet alone.

Queue and checkout messaging

Use the wait at the till for loyalty prompts, pickup instructions, or a short brand film. Day-part the loop so morning traffic and evening traffic do not see the same offer.

Window and storefront displays

Keep the street-facing screen on a bright, simple loop that still matches what the floor team is promoting inside. Remote updates matter here because window screens are awkward to reach.

Questions about retail signage

Can one person update screens in several stores?
Yes. AdSign is a cloud dashboard. A marketing or ops login can publish a playlist to every store, or limit a change to a single location, without visiting the floor.
Do we have to replace our TVs?
No. Players run on Android TV, Windows, and Raspberry Pi, so most commercial displays you already own can join the network.
Can a screen show a video and a price ticker at once?
Yes. Screen zones split one display into regions, so a promo video, a product still, and a text ticker can play together.
How is retail pricing structured?
The Business plan is $3 per screen per month after a 7-day free trial. You are not charged per user or per store login.
