Corporate digital signage & internal comms

Share KPIs, HR updates, and safety messages on office screens. AdSign fits IT-friendly rollouts with standard hardware and a single cloud dashboard.

Corporate office digital signage displaying company announcements and internal communications
  • Turn meeting-room and reception displays into live comms channels
  • Embed dashboards and HTML where you need live data
  • Role-ready workflows with unlimited users on one account
  • Scale from a single floor to global offices

How it works for offices

  1. Name the screen by floor and use

Reception, a town-hall display, and a meeting-room panel are different playlists. Label each player in the dashboard so internal comms and workplace teams publish to the right place.

  2. Mix announcements with live data

A zone layout can hold an HR slide beside an embedded HTML dashboard. Scheduling keeps a safety message in rotation without knocking the visitor welcome off the lobby screen.

  3. Hand publishing to the people who own the message

Unlimited users means internal comms, facilities, and a local office admin can each have a login. IT still sees every screen, but they are not the bottleneck for a routine post.

Office screens that earn their wall space

Reception and visitor messaging

Welcome a guest, show the Wi-Fi and the meeting room, and keep the brand frame consistent across offices. The slide changes per visit without a designer on site.

Internal comms and safety

Run policy reminders, all-hands times, and floor notices where people already walk. Retire the message on a date so last quarter’s notice does not stay up.

KPI and ops boards

Embed a live dashboard or a simple HTML view in a zone when a team wants numbers on the wall. The rest of the screen can stay on company news.

Questions about corporate signage

Can we embed an internal dashboard?
Yes. HTML embeds and zones let a screen show a live view next to slides. The player needs network access to that page, the same as any other browser content.
Do we pay per employee who can log in?
No. The Business plan is priced per screen, and users on the account are unlimited.
Can each office publish its own news?
Yes. Assign screens to a site and let that office update its playlist while a global loop still runs on the screens you choose.
What does IT have to install?
The AdSign player on Android TV, Windows, or Raspberry Pi, plus outbound access to the cloud dashboard. There is no on-prem content server to maintain.
